Integrative Relief Headache by Herbal and Home Remedy

There are many ways to integrate treatment for headache relief.  If you do not want to use drugs or over-the-counter painkillers such as aspirin, paracetamol (acetaminophen), or ibuprofen, there are many alternative headache treatments, for example, herbalism, acupuncture or acupressure, chiropractic, homeopathic remedies, hydrotherapy, massage, meditation, yoga.  Here we are focusing on integrative herbalism ; home and herbal remedies for headache treatment

Most headaches are relatively associated with alcoholic hangovers, exertion, fatigue, emotional stress, and poor posture. Some headaches have more sinister implications and may be associated with food allergies, very high blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, very salty foods or brain damage after a blow to the head.

Headache may broadly be classified as primary or secondary: there are situations in which headache itself is the problem (primary headache), and others in which headache is a symptom of some other condition (secondary headache).

Below are another way to get rid of headache by using easy home and herbal remedies.

  • Place henbane leaves on the head, and then covering it with a moist warm cloth can cause headache to disappear.
