What is The Best Herbal Treatment for Arthritis

Arthritis is a particular kind of joint pains that can be chronic disease, commonly found among people of particular age group such as 35 year old and above. There are different types of arthritis but osteoarthritis is regarded as degenerative bone joint issue.  Since arthritis is long-lasting disease, integrative herbalism becomes widely used nowadays as more economic option for arthritis treatments compared with conventional medicines.

Below are some herbs that can be used for Arthritis treatment.

Borage - This is highly prized by natural healers for its medicinal seeds. These contain GLA, a fatty-acid that the body requires to make an inflammation fighting and immune boosting chemical.
